Best way to advertise

Please help.  We are a new cpr training company in the midwest and are looking at what are the best ways to advertise our services.  We have a very limited budget.  Currently we post our classes on the aha website and have a web page.  We have tried mailing post cards to all the dentist offices within our area but had no response and it cost us over $500.  Suggestions from other companies like ours who have tried other marketing that has worked.

vistaprint.com has cheap stuff. try going to nursing homes, schools, universities, doctors offices, etc. and hand out cards and fliers. also, the best way is to have a good website and having a good google presence.

You could advertise to mothers groups, in parenting magazines, to youth leaders, sunday school directors, direct to schools in your area, PE teachers, large businesses in your area etc. Put ads up near childrens playgrounds , advertise direct to nanny services ( most nannies need cpr certification).
